For longer Phonic studies it can become difficult referring to question by index. Phonic includes data mapping features which allow you to provide labels to later reference your data.
Phonic's default survey export uses standard question headings (e.g., Q1 Response). In some cases, especially for longer surveys, adding data labels can be helpful. Data labels can be added in the survey building under question settings. In the "General" section of question settings, select "Assign Data Label". You'll be shown a field where you can enter a label that you can later use to reference data collected for this question.
Once your survey is deployed and you've collected some responses, you have a few options when it comes to exporting. By selecting 'Use custom data labels as column headers" Phonic will include these labels in your data export to reference your data in a more reliable way.
